We only accept refunds for items that arrive defective or broken. Please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with the product unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a refund due to a defect or damage:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Photo or video evidence of the defect or damage may be requested

How to Request a Refund

Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or broken, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds or returns for:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a defective item is approved, a replacement may be sent at our discretion.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. However, refunds will still only be granted for defective or broken items, in accordance with our policy.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
